The Lace
Fabric is a textile product made by interlacing threads in the process of weaving on a loom. Longitudinal threads are called warp, transverse threads are called weft. Fabrics are distinguished by the raw material of the threads – woolen, silk, cotton, synthetic and others, as well as by the method of interweaving of the threads; thread thickness; according to the relief pattern.
Other textile materials should be distinguished from fabric – knitwear obtained by weaving, and non-woven materials obtained by bonding layers of fibers in various ways (felt, interlining, fleece).
Fabric coloring can be achieved by using threads of different colors or by applying dyes. Fabrics are the basis of the fashion industry and their variety is amazing.
